Hello, I’m Jiayuan Liu, a passionate and creative Instructional Designer. My professional journey began after I graduated with a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Educational Media in Germany. This experience not only enhanced my skills but also sparked a deep interest in instructional design.
After graduation, I chose to work as a freelancer, taking on various projects. From creating my first course, I gradually immersed myself in the world of instructional design. I use tools like Storyline, PowerPoint, and Adobe to create interactive and visually engaging learning content. Each project brings me a sense of fulfillment, knowing that these courses help learners develop new skills.
Throughout this journey, I have not only grown in technical skills but also deepened my understanding of the true purpose of learning. To me, instructional design is about helping others discover their potential and stimulate their thinking. This belief has been the driving force behind my career.
In addition to my work in instructional design, I have developed the ability to create and design websites. This website, which I designed and developed myself, serves as a platform to showcase my portfolio, share my creative process, and offer insights into the inspiration behind my projects. This is just one example of my commitment to continuously expanding my skill set and creating a seamless digital experience.
I’m also passionate about traveling. I love exploring new places and cultures, and have traveled to many countries and cities around the world. These experiences have broadened my perspective, helping me design courses that are not only creative but also culturally inclusive, considering the diverse needs of learners.
I believe that education is a field full of endless possibilities, and every new project is an exciting adventure. I look forward to bringing my passion, creativity, and expertise to more projects, creating value for learners, and sharing my experiences with others in the field.
